Our Adoption Process:

We have a $85 adoption fee on all animals that covers all shots, testing, health checks and age-appropriate spay/neuter.

Our adopters must be 21, have ID and must undergo an interview, fill out an application and sign contracts related to commitments for the care of the animals. We will check veterinary references and landlord information.

No animals may be adopted as gifts and and all members of the caretaking family must be in agreement about the adoption.

Should an adoption not work out we require the animal to be returned to Save A Cat Rescue.

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder? When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.

Clearly that kitty tree is not equiped with a suitable velvet fluffy pillow and enough toys, I can understand the kitties objections, I mean really, and Munchkin clearly isn't getting ALL of the petting in this scenario, that, to a cat, is grounds for like, jail time or something isn't it? Fines? Like you have to hand feed them catnip laced anchovies once a week or something? Pretty kitties :)
